Free Format DJ Collective and Recordings is a privately owned music organization ran by DJ Blacklion and Ken Fitzpatrick. The crew started in Chicago in 2016 as classmates attending Scratch Academy. They started their first residency at The Silver Room in Chicago, and have been working together since. Our mission is to bring new and independent voices to forefront for the everyday consumer. In the words of our founder Blacklion "the casual music listener still exists." We are here for them.
